Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking help with seasonal store operations to maintain an efficient operation and deliver an exemplary customer experience.

This temporary role lasts up to three months and focuses on supporting shipping, stockroom, cash office, inventory prep, and related administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Collaborative approach with a professional demeanor and passion for the product.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds.

• Assess store processes and procedures, offering suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems.
