Job summary

NFL is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Operations to provide hands-on technical and operational support for production teams. You will perform pre-production checks, troubleshoot control room and stage equipment, and coordinate crew readiness for studio, remote, and tentpole productions.

Responsibilities include documenting incidents, maintaining asset records, and collaborating with Engineering, Scheduling, and Facilities to ensure uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, procurement, or asset management within a broadcast, media, or technical production environment.
• Working knowledge of broadcast control room and stage systems, including router and comms panels, cameras, IFB and wireless mic belt packs, stage lighting, replay and graphics systems, and associated audio equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform pre-production technical checks, isolate and troubleshoot equipment faults under live production conditions, and elevate unresolved issues to Engineering with clear, documented detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams, with experience building and maintaining trackers, logs, and operational records.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support for control room and stage equipment.
• Perform pre-production technical checks of control room and stage systems.
• Assist with setup, strike, and reconfiguration of studio, control room, and stage equipment.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to monitor production spaces and document faults and resolutions.
• Coordinate with Production Management to ensure studio spaces and resources are ready before productions.
• Verify daily crew assignments and manage staffing gaps or call-outs.
