Job summary

NFL Films Productions is seeking a Production Coordinator II to oversee the full logistics of on-location shoots in Mt. Laurel, NJ. You will manage crew movements, equipment rentals, travel, permitting and vendor communications from preproduction through wrap.

This is a 7-month seasonal position with 40 hours/week on-site. You must coordinate across departments to keep shoots on schedule and within budget, including hiring and onboarding crew and managing call sheets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience coordinating on-location shoots in film, TV, or live events.
• Ability to independently manage logistics, travel, vendors, and shoot communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics of on location shoots as assigned, from start to finish, specifically crew movements, equipment shipments, and vendor communication.
• Hire camera, audio & support crew for on location filming & ensure onboarding is complete prior to filming.
• Coordinate all crew travel, including booking flights, hotels & rental vehicles.
• Research & book local equipment rentals not provided by NFL Films departments.
• Research & book locations, oversee permitting & handle vendor paperwork, releases & payments.
• Handle shoot communication including updating the online schedule, sending emails & creating call sheets.
• Work with other departments to ensure budget considerations & crew assignments are communicated quickly.
• Administrative tasks may include phones, COIs, invoices & updating tracking documents.
