Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (LWRMC) is seeking a Seasonal RN for PCU to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and patient-centered care principles.

Requires Florida RN license (or compact), BLS, and ongoing certifications (ACLS/NRP/PALS as applicable). Position runs 7p–7a for 13 weeks with a start date of 10/13/26 and end date of 1/16/27. Competitive compensation and robust benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS.
• ACLS as of start date (all units except nursery).
• NRP as of start date (Women’s Center).
• PALS, CPI within 90 days (ER).
• PACU: PALS as of start date (PACU).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills; basic computer skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN program
