Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the PCU as a PRN night-shift nurse. You will provide safe, competent nursing care and support the healthcare team in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

The role requires a Florida RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in acute care, with unit-specific certifications completed within defined timelines. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within UHS and its affiliates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) at time of hire.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/NICU certifications as required by start date per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
