Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center seeks a Seasonal RN Registered Nurse ICU for night shifts to provide high‑quality critical care. Starting 12/8/26 and ending 6/12/27, you may be considered for any qualifying ICU openings; a $60/hour pay rate is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License
• 2 years full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care setting.
• ACLS as of start date for all units; NRP if in Women's Center; NIH in ICU/PCU; PALS/CPI in ER; PALS in PACU as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Communicates effectively and uses basic computer systems as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
