Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Seasonal RN Registered Nurse for the PCU. The role is temporary for 13 weeks with a 7p-7a schedule, starting 10/13/26 and ending 1/16/27. The position offers pay at $60.00 per hour and requires Florida RN licensure and BLS at hire.

Responsibilities include providing safe nursing care, leading the healthcare team, and upholding service excellence. Qualified candidates will have acute care experience and unit-specific certifications as listed in the

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License
• Required 2 years, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• ACLS as of start date (all units except nursery); NRP for Women’s Center; NIH within 90 days; PALS, CPI within 90 days for ER; PALS for PACU within 90 days.
