Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for a seasonal, night-shift role in Naples, Florida. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support the care team under RN/LPN supervision.

The position requires 0-2 years in acute care or enrollment in a nursing program; BCLS within 90 days and CNA/CPCT preferred. Expect three shifts per week through May 2027.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.
• CNA or CPCT certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record patient data including vitals, height/weight, intake/output, and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform blood glucose monitoring; document/report results.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and adhere to PPE protocols.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in daily activities.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
