Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required
• CNA certification preferred or in progress

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated daily care tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record patient data, including vitals and intake/output, reporting to RN/LPN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor blood glucose as ordered.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team.
• Follow infection control and PPE protocols and participate in safety initiatives.
