Responsibilities include accurate hourly reporting, GMP adherence, and proper material handling. This position requires the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and flag defects.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards and maintain plant safety guidelines.
• Manage housekeeping and ensure adequate raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and assist with relief duties as needed.
