• Sell admission, memberships and train tickets using online ticketing system.
• Grow the membership base by explaining benefits and processing member data.
• Cross-train for other Guest Relations roles including train station ticket sales and parking.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage daily monetary transactions and reconcile drawers.
• Collaborate across the team with training, shift flexibility, and guest support.
• Perform other indoor and outdoor duties as needed.
