Job summary

Hunter Mountain is hiring a part-time, seasonal Content Specialist to assist with content creation, storytelling and social media management. The role focuses on capturing timely photo and video content from the resort experience to support our digital channels and campaigns.

You will work with contracted photographers/models and the resort communications team to deliver brand-aligned content, manage daily social interactions, and help produce photoshoots and creative assets under tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Communications, Journalism or Marketing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Eye for visual design; ability to independently capture photo/video assets.
• Experience with Sprout Social and Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom/Photoshop/Premiere Pro).

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of multimedia content for social, digital, video, website and campaigns.
• Use storytelling to bring the resort brand to life across platforms.
• Assist with social/content ideation, posting and community management.
• Independently capture, shoot, edit and publish multimedia content under deadlines.
• Maintain a content production calendar and organized messaging cadence.
• Organize smaller-scale photo/video shoots with contracted models/photographers.
• Collaborate with resort communications to align messaging with the brand.
• Photo/video asset management and tracking.
• Support PR storytelling content needs as required.
