Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Digital Media Producer to bring the resort’s guest experience to life through compelling photo and video content. You will manage production, distribute content across marketing campaigns, and support guest communications and partnerships.

The role requires balancing planned shoots with weather-driven opportunities on a fast-paced mountain environment, while guiding year-round content for on-site signage and Snowshoe TV.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience producing and editing professional photo and video content.
• Proficiency with video editing and photo-editing tools, preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling for digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with outdoor/sport/resort branding and Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom; FAA Part 107 drone certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and distribute photo and video content across digital, social, advertising, PR, and guest-facing channels.
• Capture content showcasing seasonal conditions, events, amenities, and mountain activities.
• Develop short-form content optimized for multiple channels and formats.
• Plan and execute photo/video shoots, including talent and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support resort initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage year-round content programming for digital signage and Snowshoe TV.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, assets, archives, and workflows.
