Sugar Bowl Resort is accepting applications for Baristas to join 4 part-time and 4 full-time roles at our California ski destination. If you’re dynamic, energetic and passionate about coffee, you’ll craft drinks and connect with guests while upholding quality and consistency.

A minimum of six months’ barista experience is required, with openness to learning and multi-department support. This role supports our resort operations with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six+ months of barista experience.
• Ability to greet guests and take orders.
• Strong memory for orders and modifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage warmly.
• Prepare coffee beverages to Sugar Bowl standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow outlet policies for station flow.
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products.
• Perform cleaning tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance and clear communication.
• Cross-train in other departments.
