What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and products are rotated according to company standards. Maintain customer satisfaction by managing back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of product availability. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Schedule

Between 3:30 am and 6:00 am until finish, 5x8 shifts, weekends required, overtime as needed.

1. Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to ensure safety.
2. Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, facing labels outward for easy identification.
3. Rotate products to ensure quality, following a first-in, first-out system.
4. Build displays and promotional items as per instructions and schedule.
5. Use technology and applications throughout the day.
6. Maintain organized and accessible back stock areas.
7. Handle returns of unfit products within assigned stores daily.
8. Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet company standards.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle for travel within routes and maintain business vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
