What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

• Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and products are rotated according to standards.
• Maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Develop and preserve relationships with internal and external customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Pay and Duration

Pay: $18.89 - $23.80 per hour

This seasonal role runs from April 15th to September 30th, with potential for full-time transition.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning and organizing shelves and aisles daily for safety and presentation.
2. Restocking coolers, displays, racks, and shelves with labels facing outward.
3. Rotating products to ensure quality using FIFO system.
4. Building displays and promotional items according to instructions.
5. Utilizing technology and applications throughout the day.
6. Maintaining organized and safe back rooms/back stock areas.
7. Handling returns of unfit products daily.
8. Attending meetings and assisting with special projects and events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet company policy.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle for store visits and maintain business vehicle insurance; transportation of products is not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
