The role emphasizes organization, time management, and customer-facing communication. Paid training is provided, with a schedule that fluctuates during the week and may include weekends around holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Must have access to transportation to travel to stores.
• Includes use of a handheld digital device for merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in assigned stores.
• Support seasonal resets and installations as required.
• Engage with store teams and customers to maintain attractive product displays.
• Communicate with supervisor and report merchandising activity as needed.
