Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory across multiple retail settings. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize displays and support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory upkeep.

As part of Hallmark's field team, you will engage with store staff, manage daily merchandising tasks, and assist during peak holiday periods. Training is provided, with a variable weekly schedule and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• You must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand-held device to access documents and information.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across assigned stores using a mobile device and report back to your supervisor.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures and card sections as needed.
• One Team Vision: work within Hallmark's field network to support other merchandisers in your territory.
