Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels across various retailers.

This role requires independent work, strong organization and time management, and occasional collaboration on seasonal resets and installations to ensure compelling Hallmark displays. You will engage with store staff and customers, using a mobile device to manage stock, report feedback, and support holiday-driven

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device; maintain professional interactions with store staff and customers; own display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: Seasonal shifts and extended hours around major holidays; may work on holidays including weekends.
• Department Resets: Participate in installations and remodeling tasks; may involve evenings or weekends; notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: Part of a network of merchandisers providing support to other team members across territories.
