Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage in-store product placement, restock and inventory, and collaborate with local store teams. You will represent Hallmark, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets and installations across various retail environments.

The role emphasizes organization, time management, and strong communication with store staff. You may travel to assigned stores, work a flexible schedule including holidays, and participate in

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and understands English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operates a digital hand-held device for reading documents and merchandising tasks.
• Has access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Has consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Provide excellent, courteous interaction with store staff and customers.
• Support holiday demand with extended hours and seasonal resets.
• Install and relocate Hallmark fixtures and department sections as needed.
• Be part of a network of merchandisers supporting other teams.
