Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, managing shelf space and maintaining attractive displays in coordination with store teams. You will restock products, monitor inventory, and support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory events.

Paid training is provided, with a starting pay of 12.00–14.00 USD per hour and opportunities for raises. The role involves flexible scheduling, with 11–12 hours per week on average and occasional weekend or holiday

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access documents.
• Has access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
• Has reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Support holiday-driven demand with extended hours and seasonal shifts.
• Assist with building and relocating Hallmark fixtures and resetting card sections.
• Collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories.
