Job summary

Hallmark is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, coordinating with store teams to optimize product placement and inventory for Hallmark products. You’ll manage restocking, shelf organization, and timely seasonal resets with a focus on excellent retailer relationships.

This role features flexible hours (7-10 hours/week), a pay rate of 15.00–17.00 USD per hour, paid training, and voluntary benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, and relocations; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with field merchandisers to support teammates across territories.
