Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to support merchandising, inventory control, and customer service in a fast-paced wine, beer and spirits environment. You will maximize product inventory, fulfill online orders, assist with curbside pickup and delivery if needed, and engage customers with product knowledge.

As a Seasonal team member, you will greet customers, stock displays, learn promotions, and help ensure a safe, compliant store experience while collaborating with store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup/delivery.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws and store policies.
• Load/deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
