Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Seasonal Store Team Members who will help maximize inventory, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pick-up and delivery when assigned. You will engage customers, build relationships, share product knowledge and ensure a safe, compliant store environment.

You will train across wine, spirits and beer categories, stay informed about promotions, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support store operations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely when delivery is an essential function.
