Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring for a seasonal store team member in Mission Valley, TX. You will greet customers, help with product knowledge, and support online orders and curbside pickup while maintaining store standards.

The role involves stocking, merchandising, and safe handling of heavy loads, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or POS experience is valued, and the company emphasizes safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements (with or without accommodations).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, displays, and signage.
• Process orders for curbside or in-store pickup and delivery if needed.
• Assist with training and knowledge of products in wine, spirits, and beer.
