Job summary

American Girl Nashville store is seeking a dynamic Seasonal Merchandise Handler to support back-of-house operations, stocking, and on-floor replenishment. The role includes unloading/loading trailers, maintaining stock levels, and collaborating with store personnel to ensure a safe customer environment.

Requirements include 6–12 months in retail or service, ability to lift 30 lbs, and 18+ with open/close shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or service industry, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Friendly, approachable and able to assist guests, including children.
• Must be available to work open and close shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming stock shipments safely and maintain stockroom standards.
• Pack up and load trailer with returns and doll hospital merchandise.
• Maintain stock on the sales floor and replenish as needed while honoring visual standards.
• Support floor moves, equipment maintenance and a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Prioritize tasks flexibly to meet business needs.
