Job summary

American Girl Nashville is seeking a Merchandise Handler (Part Time) to support Back of House operations, stock management, and inbound/outbound trailers. This role requires unloading/loading in- and outbound trailers and maintaining stock levels on the sales floor.

You will organize back of house areas for peak efficiency, ensure adequate supplies are on-hand, and help with visual standards while delivering friendly service to customers, including children.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or service industry.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available to work open and close shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming stock shipments safely and maintain stockroom standards.
• Pack up and load trailer with returns and doll hospital merchandise.
• Maintain stock on the retail floor and fulfill special requests from retail partners.
• Assist in floor moves and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
• Prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
