Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and processes.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor and follows procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and participates in recovery and safety programs.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
