Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience and uphold store standards at its Bellevue, WA location. You will engage with customers, process sales and refunds, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising and safety initiatives.

Open to flexible schedules and team collaboration, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple areas of the store as needed to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and assist in shelf-ready setup.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Assist in shrink reduction and loss prevention efforts.
