Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote membership sales through inbound and outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and issues with accurate information.
• Maintain proficiency in Tessitura software.
• Coordinate mailings, ticket orders and related admin tasks.
• Provide professional customer service and meet sales goals.
