• Unit Specific Requirements: Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire; various certifications depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following standards and regulations.
• Perform nursing assessments and data collection from patients and families.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to ensure quality outcomes.

Education
