Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based nursing care across multiple units in compliance with state act and hospital standards.

The role requires an Arizona RN license, BLS, and several certifications (EKG, PALS, ACLS, NRP) with timelines for completion. The nurse will work under the Unit Director and contribute to patient care excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire for multiple units.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• ACLS and PALS certification within 90 days for Surgical Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Collect patient health data, perform assessments, and develop a care plan.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise nursing care as needed.
• Coordinate Nursing Personnel and ensure patient care quality and satisfaction.
• Assist with orientation of new staff to the unit.
