Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of nursing program.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to prevent healthcare acquired conditions and readmissions.
• Nursing assessments completed according to hospital/unit policies and standards.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care based on identified patient needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team ensuring safety and quality.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Assist with orientation of new staff to the unit when requested.
