Job summary

Pelican Bay Foundation in Naples, FL seeks a Seasonal Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support marketing materials, photography and member communications, capturing the Pelican Bay lifestyle.

The role blends creativity and organization, with responsibility for content creation, event coverage and campaign support. Proficiency in Canva and Office, strong storytelling, and flexibility for peak-season events are valued assets.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation or related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable using photography and videography equipment.
Experience with photo/video editing software preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns and member engagement efforts.
Design marketing materials including flyers, digital graphics and collateral using Canva.
Create visuals highlighting Pelican Bay programs, amenities, events and member experiences.
Maintain brand consistency across communications and materials.
Capture high-quality photography and video at events and activities.
Edit photos/videos for digital, social and print use.
Assist with content for newsletters, emails and website updates.
Coordinate content and assets with departments across the Foundation.
