Job summary

Pelican Bay Foundation in Naples, FL seeks a seasonal Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support creative content development, photography, video production, and member communications during the peak season.

You will collaborate with the team to promote programs, events, and experiences across digital and print channels, maintaining brand consistency and delivering engaging storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable using photography and videography equipment, including smartphones and digital cameras.
• Experience with photo and video editing software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Creative Content Development: assist with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and member engagement; design flyers, digital graphics, signage using Canva; maintain brand consistency across materials.
