Job summary

Big Rivers Waterpark & Adventures is seeking a Content Coordinator to create, organize, and manage engaging content across social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials. You will work closely with Marketing, Events, and HR to ensure consistent messaging and timely distribution.

You will capture photos and videos at park events, maintain the content calendar, and assist with promotional materials such as flyers and digital graphics.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field.
• Experience managing social media accounts or digital content for a business.
• Photography, videography, or graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters.
• Coordinate with departments (HR, Events, Operations) to ensure content is accurate, timely, and consistent with the park’s branding.
• Capture photos and videos of park events, attractions, and team member activities for use in marketing and communications.
• Maintain the content calendar and track deadlines for campaigns, events, and announcements.
• Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, signage, and digital graphics.
• Monitor guest engagement on digital platforms and respond to inquiries in coordination with Guest Relations.
• Archive, organize, and maintain digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Provide support for special events, including coordinating vendor communications, assisting with scheduling, and preparing event-related content.
• Provide support for special events and campaigns by preparing and distributing related content.
• Ensure all content meets company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and tone.
• Promote teamwork, positivity, and professionalism within the department.
• Follow all company policies and procedures while protecting company assets.
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas and take pride in wardrobe & appearance.
• Assist other departments as staffing needs require.
