Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills and readiness to perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• General facility maintenance under supervision.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replacement of doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
