Job summary

Colonial Manor in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Assistant to help us keep the building, grounds, and equipment in good working order. This temporary position is ideal for hands-on individuals who enjoy practical tasks and working in a care environment.

You will perform light carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing, plus groundskeeping and room turnover support. Adherence to safety guidelines and collaborative teamwork with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair methods
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working around residents in a long-term care environment
• Must pass background screening (per state and facility requirements)
