Loro Piana in Aspen seeks a Seasonal Store Support Specialist to join our luxury team. You will help deliver an elevated shopping experience by supporting the store team, leveraging product knowledge, and assisting with transactions and operations.

This role emphasizes client relationships, collaboration with management, and contributing to visual merchandising and client outreach. Previous luxury retail or sales support is preferred, with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Attention to detail, customer service and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sales, operations and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate client experience with hospitality and expert assistance.
• Support the team with product knowledge to enhance client experience.
• Build client relationships through emails, notes, calls, and clienteling app.
• Record and update client information for future sales opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to boost awareness.
• Maintain store displays and assist in replenishment and organization.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
