Tiffany & Co. in New York is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction during the holiday season.

As a seasonal Team Member, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering memorable experiences and assisting with store operations to support sales and service goals. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with prior retail or luxury retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service, and multitasking.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador delivering a memorable Tiffany client experience.
• Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when applicable.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate service issues to management.
• Assist with boxing, wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, finishing sales at POS.
• Support operations with policies and after-sales servicing to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
