Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New York is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction during the holiday season.

You will be an ambassador delivering warm welcomes and memorable experiences, while assisting with engraving and POS tasks as needed. The role requires working non-traditional hours, prior retail or luxury retail experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with poise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Clients to create memorable experiences.
• Assist with engraving when applicable.
• Manage floor waiting list.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, neat, and clean.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment.
• Assist operations with policies and after-sales service.
• Inventory and special projects as needed.
