Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction during the holiday season. You will be a positive brand ambassador, helping create memorable experiences for clients in a luxury retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, hospitality mindset, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior luxury retail or client service experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador and welcome Clients with a memorable experience.
• Assist with engraving and boxing/wrapping as needed for purchases.
• Maintain hospitality area, replenish supplies, and keep POS stations organized.
• Lead floor waiting list and communicate issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, and inventory projects.
