Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, customer-focused environment.
• Luxury/premium brand experience preferred in high-volume locations.
• Open availability to work Fri–Sun and holidays; evenings may be required.
• Strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales and KPI targets.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Advise customers with product knowledge and cross-department partnerships.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and SOPs.
• Maintain store standards, stockroom organization and shipments.
