TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to join our Retail team. You will create a client experience that reflects the brand ethos, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service in a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury lifestyle products, strong client service skills, and a track record of meeting sales goals. The role supports growth opportunities within a dynamic team and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail work involves standing, moving around, lifting and using a ladder (30 lb boxes).
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.

Aufgaben

• Meet and exceed personal store sales goals and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
• Foster teamwork, coach and provide feedback to the store team.
• Communicate effectively, build client relationships and maintain ethical conduct.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.
• Deliver a superior client experience through visual merchandising and store presentation.
