Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work flexible hours including day/evening/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meets or exceeds sales KPIs and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans with the team.
• Connects customers using Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion for fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs and offerings available.
