In this role you will collaborate with teammates to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrate knowledge of our products, and contribute to maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and store personnel.
• Interest in fashion and styling to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by coordinating with the team.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and sizing; maintain store standards.
• Maintain store visuals and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and other store operations.
• Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, and talent development.
