Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and connect clients with the appropriate Advisor or management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.
