Job summary

Acne Studios Bal Harbour Shops is seeking a Supervisory leader to partner with the Store Manager to drive luxury client experience and sales. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure a refined, cutting-edge store environment.

You will implement training in luxury sales, clienteling, and KPI analysis, welcome customers, guide them through the cycle, and achieve targets while maintaining impeccable inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer service.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling.
• Ability to analyze retail KPIs.
• Fluent in English (required); other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing omni channel services.
