Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Troy, MI is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support the store's peak season and ensure a smooth flow of merchandise through receiving, stocking, and inventory control. You will unload inbound merchandise, prepare outbound shipments, update prices as needed, and follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and work floors.

The role requires at least 1 year in an operations or warehouse setting, familiarity with retail technology, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds,

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
