You will support point-of-sale transactions, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences while delivering exceptional client experiences. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with associates based on service needs.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Respond to customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Introduce clients to store services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.
